• New-build or newly refurbished properties

  • Location: Greater London (not in Prime              London locations)

  • Ticket size: Up to £5 million

  • Additional terms: We’re looking to purchase      a bulk of at least five flats at a discounted          rate

  • We would be open to the option of                      partnering with developers and purchasing      a bulk of flats off-plan


  • Offices

  • Ticket size: £50-100 million

  • Location: Preferably London. However, we will also look at properties in other major UK cities, ideally within a two-hour commute to London

  • Tenants: Long-term AAA

  • Return: We’re looking for approx. 5% (we won’t look at deals with less than 4.5%)

  • Additional terms: no Major refurbishment required. If tenant management is required, we would require an introduction to a management company as part of the deal.


  • Hotels

  • Ticket size: Up to £10 million

  • Location: In or near major UK cities

  • Condition: Ideally the property wouldn’t              require major refurbishments

  • Additional terms: We would rent the hotel          to an operator with a long-term contract (approx. 10 years), so ideally the property          would have a potential renter/operator in          place
